great article on sfgate by carol lloyd titled ‘small houses challenge our notions of need as well as minimum-size standards.’ it features a home built by jay shafer that’s only 96 square feet in size. brings up the idea of space and how much space one needs or thinks they need to live. you can see more of jay’s work and houses via his website called tumbleweed tiny house company. very cool!

My husband and I are in a tight budget, and we are looling for ways to cut things out of our life in order to focus on those things that are trully important. |We have never owned a house, but we are seriously looking into a one of a kind small dwelling that would acomadate three, Me ,husband and son age 13.
