in need of more turkish sci-fi adaptations? this time it’s not star wars, but rather star trek, or turist omer uzay yolunda. that roughly transaltes to ‘we just ripped off classic star trek.’ almost unwatchable yet miraculously & simultaneously watchable. seems to be several star trek episodes rolled into one, featuring the gayest captain kirk ever. special!
there are so many crazy turkish adaptations of hollywood films. some of the best………ET, superman, spiderman, the exorcist. craziness.
yes - been wanting to see the turkish spiderman.
the copies & knockoffs of the shows & movies are great in that you could realistically do them yourself (only they wouldn’t be as good).
I especially like when the doors open and you can tell it is just someone making the ’swish’ sound. Very high tech.
