a website definitely worth visiting: wooster collective. an amazing collection and showcase of street art. lots and lots and lots to see. where else are you going to find stencils in snow? i love it when websites post such great street artwork up. street art comes and goes so quickly that most people never see it. very inspiring. be sure to check out wooster’s archives/previous posts too. the photo to the left is of a 6 meter wide coi fish paste-up done in Hamburg, Germany. radness!

from the Annals of Improbable Research come this great experiment: take a variety of objects (a football, a can of soup, a helium balloon, a hammer, & so much more) and mail them - unwrapped, but with proper postage and addressing - using the US postal service. these postal experiments yielded a 64% delivery rate! nice!
anyone read the book The Island of Dr. Moreau? or seen the movie. well, perhaps you don’t have to. why? because animal-human hybrids are on their way! no really - they are. from the article:
Scientists have begun blurring the line between human and animal by producing chimeras - a hybrid creature that’s part human, part animal.
the article from National Geographic News mentions such fun projects as fusing human cells with rabbit eggs (umm … why?) and making mice with human brains. hey - that’s the rats of NIMH! my worst fear is that this will lead to a world of furries. the horror … the horror.
